Brought up amongst the bitter-sweet environment of the fairground, Tansy Strange has seen and heard more than the average twelve-year-old. Maturity has been forced on her by the regular challenges from her brother’s mates and her need to rebel from the ever-so-annoying control of her mother. Life is tough.
