Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.


RETURNS

Our Returns and Replacement policy lasts 10 days starting from the day of your delivery. If within 10 days, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will set up a return pickup with the Courier partner. Once the product is received back, you will receive your refund. In case of an exchange, we will ship out the replacement product back to you.

Please shoot an unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged.

The order cannot be canceled immediately after the Order has been dispatched. In such a case, we will notify the Courier partner to return the product back to us. Once we receive the product back, we will issue you a refund.

The customer can replace the product if any damaged or the defected item is received. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund/replacement, you must keep the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • On Sale items or Discounted items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund on the credit card or debit card and all payment method will show up within 2-3 number of days depending on your bank’s processing time.

In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, Only discount coupons/vouchers will be provided.


ORDER UNDELIVERED/RTO (if applicable)

If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a customer mistake then in the case of Cash-on-Delivery: We will not be able to dispatch COD orders again to the same customer. In case of Prepaid: Refund can be provided after deducting shipping charges(s). If an order gets undelivered/RTO due to a delivery partner’s mistake then a re-ship or full refund will be provided to prepaid orders.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to take the following steps:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
