Courier Partners
We have partnered with multiple courier partners (ATS, FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, ECOM Express, Xpressbees, etc) for fast delivery of parcels and a better customer experience. These are third-party service providers that are not affiliated or owned with us.
We ship orders on all 7 days of the week (i.e. Mon – Sun). Most orders will ship out same day or next day. If there is any delay in dispatch then the customer will get an update regarding the same or the parcel will be dispatched in parts as per previous communication.
India Post (through the Indian Postal Service):
If you are located in remote areas like J&K, North Eastern States, or in other remote villages of India, then we may, at our discretion select India Post for confirmed delivery, else the order may get delayed or returned due to a non-serviceable area.
Note: The service from India Post may be usually a little bit slower and can be delayed due to regional or national holidays and limited working hours.
COD Orders
Buyers can place Cash-On-delivery (COD) orders from Rs 100 to Rs 2000. Courier companies usually charge a little bit extra fee for the COD packages. Due to logistics reasons, some products may not be shipped under the COD option. COD Orders will go thru certain verification and validation processes at the time of Order placement.
Delivery Estimation
After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with customers through which they can track their orders. Depending upon Location, Pincode, Urban/Rural area, it may take 2-9 days to get your ordered items delivered. You will get the estimated delivery date on the tracking link sent in email after the order gets processed. If you did not receive tracking information in email, then you may check the same in the My Account section of Xertas.in. If you did not create an account at the time of checkout, you will need the Order ID number and your Email address to check the tracking information.
